The area of pain described by this condition is on the inside of the elbow joint. It is essentially tendonitis that could develop into tendonopathy and become more chronic or long-lasting in nature. People often can’t describe a specific injury but it can be related to overuse of the arm or hand, for example decorating. It is not an exclusive problem for golfers.
